Feature entitlements
Every segmentable feature is declared once and tied to its routes, so turning a feature off for an organization removes the page, the navigation entry and the deep link together. A feature is on unless explicitly turned off; required features cannot be disabled; dependencies keep a child from being on while its parent is off.
Platform admin panel
Platform owners segment features per customer and choose an organization's assistant backend. Ownership is seeded and granted, not self-assigned.
Workspace preferences
Each user chooses a default site for the dashboard and Argo, whether the synthetic reference building is listed, and whether the fourteen reference packs are shown.
